Burleson Cold Storage Site Updates

Saxum Real Estate and Yukon Ventures, an Austin-based real estate firm have closed on a 22-acre site in Burleson, Texas, a suburb of Fort Worth and part of the greater Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market, for cold storage use. The project will feature the development of approximately 400,000 sf of cold storage space, of which, 200,000 sf was pre-leased at transaction close. The Partnership has executed a lease with Premier Refrigerated Warehouse, a Texas-based cold storage provider who will lease approximately 200,000 sf for cold-storage space under a 10-year, six-month lease.
